Hello! Just wanted to offer that Justin has great communication and runs a stand up business. I had purchased SMP for my partner as a birthday gift and my partner wasn't ready yet to commit. This was a surprise to me, and Justin. However, he worked with me and cherry financing to make it right. I greatly appreciated his understanding and professionalism. Not many people would have been so helpful. I love his work and can't recommend him and his business morals/ethics enough.

First let me say how amazing Justin is.  He really took the time to go through everything. Answering all questions and encouraged me to ask more.

He made me feel really comfortable with the process.  He was very accommodating when it came to scheduling. Also detailed with home care after the work.

He has done amazing work and has given me a lot more confidence when it comes to the HT scar on my head.  He really made it dissappear.  His skills are second to none, and he takes the time to explain everything throughout the process.

He does follow up sessions so the end result comes out as good as possible.

Thank you for your thoroughness and attention to detail Justin, it is appreciated.

I came in for my 3 year touch up and it looks fantastic! Justin did a wonderful job. He did my Smp the first time 3 years ago and it held up. It looks so real no one can tell it's not my natural hair. If you are wondering if you should take the steps to get smp, do it and reach out to Justin for your work. I send all my clients to Ink & Ashberry. I am a scar camouflage tattoo artist and I often have clients come to me seeking camouflage for transplant scars or “bad” smp. Often times a transplant scar just needs a little smp and for my clients who have had poor smp elsewhere, I only send them to Ink & Ashberry. Absolutely amazing experience. From the scheduling process to the treatment, seamless! My mom got this done through Jocelyn as an Xmas present from me. I’ve had the privilege of working with Justin the last couple months and I can’t say enough about how awesome his work is, but also him as a person. I’ve been researching SMP for a little over a year so you can imagine how hesitant I was to move forward with the process. While researching, I asked Justin a million questions, all in which he was able to answer in great detail and provide me examples/photos to help connect the dots. While researching, Justin’s work clearly stood out compared to others in the Oregon area. Justin put me at ease with the responses provided but also during our consultation. He never made it seem like I was asking too much or inconveniencing him at all.  Just a real solid guy all around, honestly!

After my first session, I was totally blown away and that was when I immediately knew I made the right decision. A couple sessions later and I’m looking like I have a full head of hair and the only thing I was upset about was the fact I didn’t do this much sooner!! Justin doesn’t treat you as just a customer or a number, but he truly cares about your wants/needs and your overall satisfaction and happiness. Justin’s experience and knowledge truly shows through his work and I feel beyond lucky to have found him through research.

Ink and Ashberry is legit and they truly know what they’re doing and take their work very serious. They are not satisfied and content until you are! I highly recommend Ink and Ashberry to anyone looking into SMP and give them a 10/10 and would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Justin, I appreciate you on so many levels and thank you for your patience, knowledge, and the awesome skills you have when it comes to SMP.
