Jose’s journey with Ink & Ashberry didn’t begin as an artist; it started as a Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) client over two years ago.
Having experienced the emotional impact of hair loss at the young age of 18, Jose knows firsthand how it feels to face this challenge. The struggle was real, and the toll it took
on Jose’s confidence was profound. However, everything changed when Jose underwent his treatment. The results were astonishing, not just in terms of the physical transformation, but more importantly, in the newfound sense of self-assurance and empowerment.
Inspired by this life-changing experience, Jose decided to pay it forward and help others regain their confidence as well. Combining a lifelong passion for the arts with the skills
acquired through being a neighborhood barber for family and friends, Jose found a calling in the world of Scalp Micropigmentation. The power of artistry, combined with a deep understanding of the personal struggles associated with hair loss, makes Jose uniquely
